The prints
Every print is a giclée, printed by me in Utrecht on one of two Canson papers, whichever suits the artwork: Infinity Rag Photographique (210 g/m², cotton, smooth matte) or Photo Lustre Premium (310 g/m², a light sheen). Each print's page says which. The artwork sits inside a white border, and prints come without a frame.
Small colour differences between your screen and the paper are normal.
Shipping and damage
I ship to every country in the European Union. Shipping is free and always tracked (PostNL).
Prints are made to order and leave within 5 working days. Inside the EU, delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days after that, and you get the track-and-trace link by e-mail.
If a print arrives damaged, mail a photo of it and the packaging within 14 days and I send you a new one.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euro and include 21% Dutch VAT and shipping. You pay up front through Mollie: iDEAL, card, Apple Pay, PayPal or Bancontact. Your order is confirmed by e-mail once the payment is in.
Withdrawal (14 days)
You can cancel your order within 14 days after you receive it, without giving a reason. Use the withdrawal form, or mail hello@ericsmilde.com with your order number.
Send the print back within 14 days after that, undamaged and in its packaging; the return postage is yours. I refund the full amount, with the same payment method, within 14 days after your withdrawal, and at the latest once the print is back with me.
Terms
These terms apply to every order in this store. The seller is Eric Smilde, a sole trader registered in the Netherlands (details above).
Your order is final once you have paid. You get a confirmation by e-mail with what you ordered, the price and a link to these terms.
Prints come with the statutory guarantee: if one is not what you ordered or arrives damaged, I replace it or refund you.
